    1. These terms and conditions apply to the “#2dshareathon” competition (the Competition) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, 47 George Street, Auckland 1023, New Zealand (2degrees) between 13 June 2016 and 8 July 2016 (Promotional Period).
    2. To be eligible for the Competition, you must:
      1. Be a NZ resident;
      2. Enter the Competition during the Promotional Period;  and
      3. If you are 2degrees customer, be a Prepay, Pay Monthly or Business customer (a 2degrees Customer).
    3. By entering the Competition you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in order to conduct the Competition.
    4. Data charges may apply for participants sharing photos who are not on the 2degrees network.
    5. Employees or contractors of 2degrees or its related entities may enter the Competiton but are not eligible to win a relevant Huawei P9 (Prizes).

     

    Promotional Period and themes

    1. The  Promotional Period is made up of four weeks. Each week is assigned a theme and requires you to share a photo for the purposes of the Competition (Photo).
    2. Week one runs from Monday, 13 June 2016 until 10:00am Friday 17 June 2016 (Week One).  Week two runs from the afternoon of Monday, 20 June 2016 until 10:00am Friday 24 June 2016 (Week Two). Week three runs from the afternoon of Monday, 27 June 2016 until 10:00am Friday 1 July 2016 (Week Three).  Week four runs from the afternoon of Monday, 4 July 2016 until 10:00am Friday 8 July 2016 (Week Four) (collectively Promotional Week) .

     

    The photo

    1. You acknowledge that you have, and will continue to have, all the necessary consents, permissions, licences and rights to use the Photo.  
    2. You grant to 2degrees a fully paid up, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute the Photo.

     

    Allocation of Prizes

    1. 2degrees, in its sole discretion, will nominate a judge to select a winner for each Promotional Week. Prizes will be awarded to the 2degrees mobile phone account used to enter the Competition (Prize Winner). The nominated judge will select the Prize Winner in their sole discretion.
    2. There will be one Prize Winner for each Promotional Week.
    3. 2degrees is not liable to you for any photos that fail to tag.    
    4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
    5. 2degrees will notify Prize Winners by phone.  If three reasonable attempts to contact a Prize Winner have been made within 24 hours of the judges’ decision and a Prize Winner is still unavailable, 2degrees reserves the right to choose another valid entry as a Prize Winner.
    6. As a Prize Winner, you consent to 2degrees using your personal information, performance and Photo in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you. For more information, see the 2degrees Privacy Policy.
    7. If a Prize Winner is under the age of 18, the Prize must be redeemed by the parent or guardian of that Prize Winner.
    8. The Prize Winner must provide 2degrees with valid New Zealand postal address account to which the Prize will be delivered.  2degrees is not responsible or liable for any incorrect details provided by the Prize Winner.

     

    General

    1. If, for any reason, 2degrees reasonably suspects that an individual has tampered with, intervened in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner, or for any other reason which may interfere or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, 2degrees reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant, take any action that may be available or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.  
    2. 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.  2degrees reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, change, or terminate all or part of this Competition at any time without notice.
    3. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and entrants release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Competition or the conduct of this promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    4. Each participant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of entering the Competition. 
  • $19 Combo Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. These terms and conditions apply to the $19 Combo promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
    2. The Promotion begins at 00:01am, 16 February 2014 and ends midnight on 4 September 2016 (the Promotion Period).
    3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to a 2degrees Prepay Plus or Prepay Standard customer (a Promotion Participant) who during the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchases a 2degrees eligible handset (2degrees Handset) from the 2degrees online store or any 2degrees retailer; and
      2. Either:
        • Enters the Promotion voucher code received with the purchased 2degrees Handset (Code) into the designated 2degrees Promotion web page (Promotion Page); or
        • Texts the Code to the designated 2degrees promotion number (Promotion Number).
    4. This Promotion is not open to any Pay Monthly 2degrees customer, or to employees of 2degrees.
    5. When a Promotion Participant successfully redeems their valid Code in accordance with clause 3, they will be entitled to receive:
      1. For Prepay Plus Customers, a $19 Carryover Combo; or
      2. For Prepay Standard Customers, a $19 Text Combo (each a Combo); or
      3. If the Promotion Participant has already subscribed to a Combo, they will instead receive $19 credit allocated to their 2degrees Prepay account (Credit).
    6. Allocation of Credit or a Combo in accordance with clause 5 above will occur on the date the Combo or Credit is successfully redeemed in accordance with clause 3.
    7. Combo is valid 1 month, and auto-renews monthly at the full price of $19, if you have enough credit.
    8. Credit is valid for 365 days from the date of allocation.
    9. $19 Carryover Combo is subject to the Carryover Combo Terms and Conditions, $19 Text Combo is subject to the $19 Combo Packs Terms and Conditions, and use of the Combo or Credit is subject to the general terms and conditions for use of 2degrees mobile telecommunications services available on 2degrees’ website at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz.
    10. Each Promotion Participant may enter a Code into the Promotion Page only once to receive the Combo or Credit.
    11. Combo or Credit must be redeemed by entering a valid Code into the Promotion Page by midnight 4 September 2016.
    12. It is the Promotion Participant’s responsibility to enter a valid Code correctly. 2degrees takes no responsibility for Promotion Participant not receiving the Minutes as a result of incorrectly entering their Code.
    13. Combo or Credit is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
    14. 2degrees is not liable to any Promotion Participant for any delays with respect to applying the Combo or Credit to their 2degrees Account within any specified time frames. 2degrees is also not liable to you if you don’t receive any specified notification regarding your Combo or Credit prize.

    15. 2degrees takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries and prizes. Entries are deemed to be received at the time the Code is inputted in the Promotion Page.
    16. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and entrants release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the Promotion Participant’s entry into this Promotion or the conduct of this Promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • $200 Joining Credit for Unlimited Broadband on a 12 Month Term Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1.  These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Broadband Terms and ConditionsBroadband Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
    2. This offer is available to new 2degrees Broadband customers.
    3. If you are a new customer and sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Data Broadband Plan on a 12 month term between 10 January 2018 and 29 April 2018 (Promotion Period), we will apply $200 credit to your account (Joining Credit). Joining Credit may not be applied until your second bill.
    4. Usual monthly base Plan Charge applies after the Joining Credit has been used up. 
    5. The following early termination charges may apply if you leave your Unlimited Broadband Plan before the end of the 12 month term:
      1. If you select a 2degrees modem, an early exit fee of $249 applies to the term; or 
      2. If you select the BYO modem option at sign up, an early exit fee of $99 applies to the term; and
      3. Also, if you leave your Broadband Plan (or downgrade from the Unlimited Data to 80GB Broadband Plan) within the first 12 months, you’ll need to repay the Plan Credit on a prorated basis.
    6. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate, except for the $10 Bundle Discount if added at the time of sign-up to get $10 off your monthly broadband Plan Charge.
    7. This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited and Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
    8. Your Joining Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, or applied to pay early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
    9. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this offer at any time without notice.

    You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.

    1. These specific terms and conditions apply from 13 November 2017 when you purchase our $29 or $49 Carryover Combos in addition to the Prepay Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms not defined in these terms and conditions have the meaning described in the Prepay Terms and Conditions.
    2. The rates and conditions below apply when you use your Mobile Phone (or other device) in New Zealand only and have subscribed to a Carryover Combo.

    1. Carryover Combos can only be purchased on Prepay. Carryover Combos are not available for purchase on any Plan made available by 2degrees on a Pay Monthly or Business Account.
    2. Carryover Combos are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase (Validity Period) and will automatically renew each month thereafter (Renewal Date) if there is sufficient Re-charge Credit on your Prepay Account at the time of renewal (e.g. if you purchased your Carryover Combo on 5 January, it will automatically renew on 5 February and on the 5th day of each month thereafter).
    3. If you do not have enough Re-charge Credit on your Prepay Account to pay for the renewal of your Carryover Combo on its Renewal Date, the Carryover Combo will not renew and will go on hold for 14 days from the Renewal Date.
    4. If you top up your Prepay Account with sufficient Re-charge Credit while your Carryover Combo is on hold, the Carryover Combo will automatically renew and future renewals will continue to occur on the date you topped up. This becomes your new Renewal Date. If you do not top up your Prepay Account within the 14 days your Carryover Combo will be cancelled and you will need to purchase a new Carryover Combo if you wish to have it again.
    5. You can stop your Carryover Combo from renewing any time prior to its Renewal Date or while the Carryover Combo is on hold.
    6. We will do our best to send you a text before your Renewal Date to remind you to top-up and will also do our best to send you a text if your Carryover Combo does not renew for any reason. We won’t be liable to you if you do not receive this text.
    7. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, if your Carryover Combo is cancelled in accordance with clause 7 or clause 8, you will lose all unused minutes and data (including any accrued Carryover Minutes or Carryover Data) and texts at the end of the Carryover Combo’s Validity Period.
    8. You may purchase as many Carryover Combos as you require at any one time. If you purchase more than one Carryover Combo, the Carryover Combo that expires first will be used first. Only your most recent Carryover Combo will renew on its Renewal Date.  

    NZ Carryover Data

    1. Carryover Data can only be used in New Zealand.
    2. Provided that you have an active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account, any Carryover Data that you do not use during the Validity Period of your Carryover Combo will be carried over to the next month on your Carryover Combo’s Renewal Date. Unused Carryover Data can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the anniversary of the date when it was first allocated (Carryover Period), provided that during the Carryover Period you have an active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account at all times.
    3. If you cancel your Carryover Combo or your Carryover Combo does not renew, then you will lose any accrued Carryover Data available on your Prepay Account at the end of the Carryover Combo’s Validity Period. If your Carryover Combo is on hold in accordance with clause 6, you will not be able to use any accrued Carryover Data under your Prepay Account until that Carryover Combo is successfully renewed during the hold period.
    4. Carryover Data that has carried over from the previous month (if any) will always be used before any new allocation of Carryover Data.
    5. If you consume all your Carryover Data during the Validity Period of your Carryover Combo, you will be charged the out of bundle standard rate per MB in accordance with our Prepay Rates Terms and Conditions until your Carryover Combo renews.
    6. Data usage per session may be rounded up to the nearest 46.08KB increment. Minimum data usage per session of up to 184.32KB applies.

    Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles

    1. If you have an active Carryover Combo you will receive free calling to standard 2degrees mobiles with your Carryover Combo. Our Fair Use Policy applies to Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles.

     

    Carryover Minutes

    1. Carryover Minutes are only valid for voice calls to any standard landline or mobile in New Zealand and Australia. Calls to Norfolk Island, premium rate numbers and satellite phones are excluded.
    2. Provided that you have an active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account, any Carryover Minutes that you do not use during the Validity Period of your Carryover Pack will be carried over to the next month on your Carryover Pack’s Renewal Date. Unused Carryover Minutes can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the anniversary of the date when they were first allocated (the Carryover Period), provided that during the Carryover Period you have one type of Carryover Pack active on your Prepay Account at all times.
    3. If you cancel your Carryover Combo or your Carryover Combo does not renew, and you have no other active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account, then you will lose any accrued Carryover Minutes available on your Prepay Account at the end of the Carryover Pack’s Validity Period. If your only remaining Carryover Combo is on hold in accordance with clause 6, you will not be able to use any accrued Carryover Minutes under your Prepay Account until that Carryover Combo is successfully renewed or you purchase another Carryover Combo during the hold period.
    4. Carryover Minutes that have carried over from the previous month (if any) will always be used before any new allocation of Carryover Minutes.
    1. If you consume all your Carryover Minutes while you are on a call (and all other minute benefits available to you under your Prepay Account), you will be charged the standard rates for any subsequent calls in accordance with our Prepay Rates Terms and Conditions.
    2. All calls are rounded up to the next whole minute.
    3. Each time you make a call to voicemail one minute will be deducted from your available Carryover Minutes. Where you elect to stop your Carryover Combo before the end of its Validity Period, your unused Carryover Minutes remaining will be used towards making calls to voicemail, and thereafter you will be charged 20 cents per call to voicemail.

    Unlimited Text

    1. You will receive Unlimited Texts to any standard New Zealand and Australia mobile number with your purchase of a Carryover Combo and each Renewal Date of your Carryover Combo (subject to the successful payment by you of the Combo Price). Australia excludes Norfolk Island.
    2. Unlimited Text cannot be used for MMS or texts to premium rate numbers.
    3. Our Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited Text. For the avoidance of doubt Unlimited Text is only available for person to person use consistent with our estimate of reasonable use of this service (referencing standard and/or estimated customer profiles). We may take action if we consider your use to be in breach of the Fair Use Policy. Please ensure that you have read and understood our Fair Use Policy, which forms part of the Prepay Terms and Conditions and is published by us at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/fairusepolicy.

     

     

    Transferring to a Pay Monthly or Business Account

    1. If you are transferring from a Prepay Account to a Plan or other Service offered by 2degrees on a Pay Monthly or Business Account from time to time, your Carryover Combo will not be transferred and will be cancelled. On the date of transfer:

    (a) you will immediately lose your text entitlement; and

    (b) your current and accrued Carryover Minutes and Carryover Data will be transferred to your Plan and if not used will carry over for up to 12 months, expiring on the day prior to the anniversary date of when they were first allocated.

    1. Accrued Carryover Minutes and Carryover Data associated with your Plan will always be used before any new allocated Plan minute or data entitlement.

    Things you need to know

    • 12GB Zone Data Pack is valid for 6 months.  
    • Zone Data Packs can only be used within Zones - see our Zones. If you have a Zone Data Pack and use Data outside a Zone, you will be charged at our Standard Data Rate (50c per MB) unless you have a current NZ Data Pack or NZ Data included in your Plan or another subscribed Value Pack.
    • For Pay Monthly, Zone Data Packs do not auto renew.
    • For Prepay, Zone Data Packs auto renew at end of validity period (or when nearly out if you have enough credit). If you want to unsubscribe from your Data Pack's auto renewal simply text STOP Zone 12GB to 233, or do it online at Your 2degrees. You can continue to use any remaining data until your Data Pack expires.
    • For Prepay, if you run out of data and your Zone Data Pack doesn't auto-renew, you will be charged 10c per MB for the remainder of the validity period of that Data Pack (while browsing in a Zone only). If you do not have an active Data Pack and continue to use data, you will be charged at our Standard Data Rate (50c per MB).

    1. These terms and conditions apply to the $8 Talk and Text (previously called Carryover Chat 60) Pack promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
    2. The Promotion ends at midnight on 4 September 2016 (the Promotion Period).
    3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to a 2degrees Prepay Plus customer (a Promotion Participant) who during the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchases a 2degrees eligible handset (2degrees Handset) from the 2degrees online store or any 2degrees retailer; and
      2. Either:
        1. Enters the Promotion voucher code received with the purchased 2degrees Handset (Code) into the designated 2degrees Promotion web page (Promotion Page); or

Provided that you have an active Carryover Combo or a Carryover Chat Pack (together the “Carryover Packs”) on your Prepay Account, any Carryover Minutes that you do not use during the Validity Period of your Carryover Pack will be carried over to the next month on your Carryover Pack’s Renewal Date. Unused Carryover Minutes can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the anniversary of the date when they were first allocated (the “Carryover Period”), provided that during the Carryover Period you have one type of Carryover Pack active on your Prepay Account at all times.

    3. If you cancel your Carryover Combo or your Carryover Combo does not renew, and you have no other active Carryover Pack on your Prepay Account, then you will lose any accrued Carryover Minutes available on your Prepay Account at the end of the Carryover Pack’s Validity Period. If your only remaining Carryover Pack is on hold in accordance with clause 5, you will not be able to use any accrued Carryover Minutes under your Prepay Account until that Carryover Pack is successfully renewed or you purchase another Carryover Pack during the hold period.

    4. Carryover Minutes that have carried over from the previous month (if any) will always be used before any new allocation of Carryover Minutes.

    5. If you consume all your Carryover Minutes while you are on a call (and all other minute benefits available to you under your Prepay Account), you will be charged the standard rates for any subsequent calls in accordance with our Prepay Rates Terms and Conditions.

    6. All calls are rounded up to the next whole minute.

    7. Each time you make a call to voicemail one minute will be deducted from your available Carryover Minutes. Where you elect to stop your Carryover Combo before the end of its Validity Period, your unused Carryover Minutes remaining will be used towards making calls to voicemail, and thereafter you will be charged 20 cent per call to voicemail.

    NZ Carryover Data

    1. Carryover Data can only be used in New Zealand.

    2. Provided that you have an active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account, any Carryover Data that you do not use during the Validity Period of your Carryover Combo will be carried over to the next month on your Carryover Combo’s Renewal Date. Unused Carryover Data can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the anniversary of the date when it was first allocated (the “Carryover Period”), provided that during the Carryover Period you have an active Carryover Combo on your Prepay Account at all times.

    3. If you cancel your Carryover Combo or your Carryover Combo does not renew, then you will lose any accrued Carryover Data available on your Prepay Account at the end of the Carryover Combo’s Validity Period. If your Carryover Combo is on hold in accordance with clause 5, you will not be able to use any accrued Carryover Data under your Prepay Account until that Carryover Combo is successfully renewed during the hold period.

    4. Carryover Data that has carried over from the previous month (if any) will always be used before any new allocation of Carryover Data.

    5. If you consume all your Carryover Data during the Validity Period of your Carryover Combo, you will be charged the out of bundle standard rate per MB in accordance with our Prepay Rates Terms and Conditions until your Carryover Combo renews.

    6. Data usage per session is rounded up to the nearest 5.12KB increment. Minimum data usage per session of 20.48KB applies.

    Unlimited Text

    1. You will be allocated all text messages at 0 cent per text to any standard mobile in New Zealand and Australia on your purchase date and each Renewal Date of your Carryover Combo (subject to the successful payment by you of the Pack Price).

    2. Unlimited Text cannot be used for MMS or texts to premium rate numbers.

    3. Our Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited Text. For the avoidance of doubt Unlimited Text is only available for person to person use consistent with our estimate of reasonable use of this service (referencing standard and/or estimated customer profiles). We may take action if we consider your use to be in breach of the Fair Use Policy. Please ensure that you have read and understood our Fair Use Policy, which forms part of the Prepay Terms and Conditions and is published by us at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/fairusepolicy.

    Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles

    1. You will receive free calling to standard 2degrees mobiles with your Carryover Combo. Our Fair Use Policy applies to Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles.

    2. Your Carryover Combo must be active for you to receive Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles.

    3. The minutes available to you under the Free Calling to 2degrees Mobiles entitlement will not appear on Your 2degrees or on the 2degrees Mobile Application.

    Transferring to a Pay Monthly or Business Account

    1. If you are transferring from a Prepay Account to a Plan or other Service offered by 2degrees on a Pay Monthly or Business Account from time to time, your Carryover Combo will not be transferred and will be cancelled. On the date of transfer:

      (a) you will immediately lose your text entitlement; and

      (b) your current and accrued Carryover Minutes and Carryover Data will be transferred to your Plan and if not used will carry over for up to 12 months, expiring on the day prior to the anniversary date of when they were first allocated.

    2. Accrued Carryover Minutes and Carryover Data associated with your Plan will always be used before any new allocated Plan minute or data entitlement.

  • 100 bonus minutes for life of plan Terms and Conditions

    1. 100 Bonus minutes for the life of your Applicable Plan is valid from 5 September 2011 to 28 October 2012 (“the Offer”).
    2. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions.
    3. To be eligible to receive this Offer, you must successfully sign-up (“Successful Sign up”) to either a Pay Monthly Plan or a 2degrees Business Plan to the value of $29, $39, $59, $89 or $129 (each an “Applicable Plan”) between 5 September 2011 and 28 October 2012.
    4. Existing 2degrees customers as at 5 September 2011 (“Existing Customers”) on a Pay Monthly Plan or Business Plan to the value of $29, $39, $59, $89 and $129 irrespective of whether they receive 100 Bonus minutes or not, are automatically eligible for this Offer from 6 September 2011.
    5. Existing Customers on a Pay Monthly Plan to the value of $89 or above, or a Business Plan to the value of $89 or above, currently receiving 200 Bonus Minutes per month will continue to receive these minutes until the end of their 12 month period for 200 Bonus minutes, at which time they will begin receiving 100 Bonus minutes for life. If they transfer between $89 or above Pay Monthly Plan or $89 or above Business Plan respectively, during the Offer period they will retain their 200 Bonus Minutes until the end of their 12 month 200 Bonus Minute period.
    6. You will be eligible for the Offer if you transfer from a Pay Monthly Plan to a Business Plan or vice versa during the Offer period but not after the Offer period.
    7. Existing Customers on a Pay Monthly Plan or Business Plan to the value of $89 or above who elect to transfer to a lower Pay Monthly Plan or lower Business Plan respectively, i.e.to the value of $29, $39, $59 during the Offer period, will lose their existing Plan Bonus Minutes entitlement but will receive this Offer.
    8. The first allocation of your 100 Bonus Minutes for the life of your Plan will be pro-rated from the date of Successful Sign up to your first Billing Date. Thereafter, you will receive the full allocation of your Bonus Minutes on each Billing Date beginning from the first Billing Date immediately following the date of your Successful Sign Up for the life of your Applicable Plan.
    9. 100 Bonus Minutes for the life of your Plan do not carry over and will expire at 11.59pm on the day prior to your next Billing Date. You will be allocated new 100 Bonus Minutes on that Billing Date.
    10. 100 Bonus Minutes for the life of your Plan are valid for voice calls to any standard landline or mobile in NZ. They cannot be used for calls to premium rate numbers (for example 0900 or 018 or voicemail).
    11. Your Applicable Plan minutes will always be used first under your Plan. You will be able to use your 100 Bonus Minutes for the life of your Plan after you have consumed all your Applicable Plan minutes and any Talk Value Pack national any-net minute entitlement (if applicable)during the month.
    12. If you consume all the minutes you are entitled to under your Applicable Plan (including Bonus Minutes and/or Talk Value Pack minutes) while you are on a call, you will be charged our standard per minute rate for 44 cents per minute (to any-network mobile or landline in NZ) for the remainder of the call and for any subsequent calls until you are allocated further minutes. Calls are rounded up to the next whole minute.
    13. If during or after the Offer period:
      1. you transfer to a Prepay Account; or
      2. you end your agreement with us; or
      3. we de-active your Account in accordance with our agreement,

      then you will lose your 100 Bonus Minutes for the life entitlement.

    14. This Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, phone equipment or any other benefit, applied to pay early termination charges or other Charges, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
    15. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this Offer at any time.
  • 100 International Chat Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. These terms and conditions apply to the 100 International Chat promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
    2. The Promotion begins on 15 July 2015 and ends midnight on 6 September 2015 (the Promotion Period).
    3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to any 2degrees Pay Monthly customer (a Promotion Participant) who during the Promotion Period:
      1. Purchases a Huawei P8 handset (P8 Handset) from the 2degrees online store or any 2degrees retailer; and
      2. Either:
        1. Enters the Promotion voucher code received with the purchased P8 Handset (Code) into the designated 2degrees Promotion web page (Promotion Page); or
        2. Texts the Code to the designated 2degrees promotion number (Promotion Number).
    4. This Promotion is not open to employees of 2degrees.
    5. When a Promotion Participant successfully redeems their valid Code in accordance with clause 3, they will be entitled to receive 100 minutes to international landlines and selected mobiles in over 20 destinations, each month for 12 months (full details of eligible destinations are set out in the International Chat Pack Terms and Conditions) (International Minutes).

    3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to any 2degrees prepay customer (a Promotion Participant) who:
      1. Purchases a Alcatel 20.36 or 20.38 (Handset) from the 2degrees online store or any 2degrees retailer before 12 November 2017; and
      2. During the Promotion Period, either:
        1. Enters the Promotion voucher code received with the purchased Handset (Code) into the designated 2degrees Promotion web page (Promotion Page); or
        2. Texts the Code to the designated 2degrees promotion number (Promotion Number).
    4. This Promotion is not open to employees of 2degrees or any Pay Monthly or Business customers.
    5.
