Re:Mobile competition Terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the recycle phone competition (the Competition) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, 47 George Street, Auckland 1023, New Zealand (2degrees) between 17 February 2017 and 31 March 2017 (Promotional Period). 

2. To be eligible for the Competition, you must:
(a) donate a mobile phone (Phone); 
(b) be a NZ resident; and
(c) enter the Competition during the Promotional Period by supplying 2degrees with your name, a valid NZ postal address, email address and valid NZ phone number. 

3. By entering the Competition you agree that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and to conduct the Competition.

4. The Promotional Period includes three Black Caps one day matches:
(a) 25th of February at Wellington Regional Stadium, Wellington; and
(b) 4th of March Eden Park, Auckland, Collectively (Match).

5. Valid entries are eligible to win an iPhone 7. 

6. Employees or contractors of 2degrees or its related entities may enter the Competition but are not eligible to win prizes. 

7. 2degrees will randomly select a winner for the iPhone 7 from valid entries.There will be one only be one iPhone 7 given away as a prize.

8. If you do not have your Phone with you at a Match you may enter the draw for the iPhone 7 by posting your donated Phone in the bag provided to you at a Match to the designated address. 2degrees is not liable to you for any Phone or entries that are lost or misplaced during delivery.

9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

10. 2degrees will notify the winner of the iPhone 7 (Winner) by phone. If three reasonable attempts to contact a Winner have been made within 24 hours of the draw and a Winner is still unavailable, 2degrees reserves the right to randomly select another valid entry as the Winner. 

11. As a Winner, you consent to 2degrees using your personal information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to you. For more information, see the 2degrees Privacy Policy. 

12. If a Winner is under the age of 18, the Prize must be redeemed by the parent or guardian of that Winner.

13. The Winner must provide 2degrees with valid New Zealand postal address to which the iPhone 7 will be delivered. 2degrees is not responsible or liable for any incorrect details provided by the Winner.

14. If, for any reason, 2degrees reasonably suspects that an individual has tampered with, intervened in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner, or for any other reason which may interfere or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, 2degrees reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant, take any action that may be available or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

15. 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 2degrees reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, change, or terminate all or part of this Competition at any time without notice.

16. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and entrants release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the entrant’s participation in the Competition or the conduct of this promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

17. Each participant is deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of entering the Competition.
