Bonus Pay Monthly NZ Carryover Data promotion

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the Bonus Pay Monthly NZ Carryover Data promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
  2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Plans Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promotion begins on:

(a)  31 October 2016 and ends on 16 August 2017 for the bonus 2GB offer; and

(b)  6 June 2017 and ends on 16 August 2017 for the bonus 1GB offer,

(each period being a Promotion Period).

  1. If during the Promotion Period you sign up to and activate a:

(a)  $49.95 Pay Monthly Plan or above (Eligible Plan) you will receive an additional 2GB of NZ Carryover Data (Bonus Data) each month for up to 24 consecutive months starting from the month you activate your plan (Bonus Period); or

(b)  $39.95 Pay Monthly Plan (Eligible Plan) you will receive an additional 1GB of NZ Carryover Data (Bonus Data) each month for up to 24 consecutive months starting from the month you activate your plan (Bonus Period).

  1. The Promotion is available to existing 2degrees customers who are on an Eligible Plan during the Promotion Period by calling 0800 022 022.  
  2. One Bonus Data Promotion per connection during the Promotion Period.
  3. Bonus Data may take up to 7 days for your first allocation to be applied to your account.  2degrees will not be liable for any delays in respect of applying the Bonus Data within any specified time frames.
  4. Subsequent allocations of Bonus Data will occur on the monthly anniversary of the date of the first allocation.
  5. If you do not use your full allocation of Bonus Data during a Billing month, your unused Bonus Data for that Billing month will be carried over to the following Billing month. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, this NZ Carryover Data can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the first anniversary of the Billing Date on which this Bonus Data was first allocated to you.
  6. If you terminate or move from an Eligible Plan you will no longer be eligible for Bonus Data.
  7. If you move from your Eligible Plan to a business plan you will lose all accumulated data allocations (including Bonus Data).  
  8. If you move from your Eligible Plan to another Eligible Plan during the Bonus Period, you will keep getting Bonus Data at the applicable level set out in clause 4 for the months remaining of the Bonus Period (unless you move more than once to an Eligible Plan with a different Bonus Data entitlement, then you will need to call Care on 0800 022 022 to get this sorted).  For example, if you are getting 2GB Bonus Data on the $49.95 Plan and move to a $39.95 Plan with 3 months remaining of the Bonus Period, you will get 1GB Bonus Data for those 3 months remaining.
  9. Bonus Data is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash or any other form of value.
  10. We assume no responsibility for, and you release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury as a result of your participation in this Promotion or the conduct of this Promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  11. Our decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
  13. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional data offer.
  14. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
