Jucy Visitor Combo Packs Terms and Conditions

1. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to the Prepay Terms and Conditions.
2. The rates and conditions below apply when you use your Mobile Phone (or other device) in New Zealand and have purchased the applicable JUCY Visitor Combo Pack.
3. All rates are inclusive of GST.
4. The following JUCY Visitor Combo Packs are available to customers for purchase:

5. You may only purchase a JUCY Visitor Combo Pack if you are a 2degrees Customer on a Prepay Plus Pricing Plan, with either a Standard SIM or a Visitor SIM. JUCY Visitor Combo Packs are not available on Prepay Standard.
6. JUCY Visitor Combo Packs are not available on Pay Monthly or Business Accounts.
7. Any data included in a JUCY Visitor Combo Pack can be used with a 2degrees USB Modem, your mobile phone or other mobile device. 
8. You may purchase as many JUCY Visitor Combo Packs as you require at any one time. If you purchase more than one JUCY Visitor Combo Pack, the JUCY Visitor Combo Pack that expires first will be used first. 
9. Your JUCY Visitor Combo Pack will expire at the end of its Validity Period as set out in paragraph 4 above, and will not automatically renew.

JUCY Visitor Combo Pack Benefits

NZ and Aussie Minutes

10. NZ and Aussie Minutes included in the JUCY Visitor Combo Pack are valid for voice calls to any standard landline or mobile in New Zealand or Australia.  The minutes exclude calls to premium rate numbers (for example 0900 or 018), or calls to voicemail.

International Minutes

11. International minutes can be used to call standard mobiles in 6 eligible destinations, and landlines in 23 eligible destinations. The eligible destinations are:
    1. International standard landlines: Belgium, Canada, China (including Hong Kong but excluding Macau), Denmark, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Seoul (Republic of Korea), Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America.
    2. International standard mobiles: Canada, China (including Hong Kong but excluding Macau), India, Singapore, United States of America, United Kingdom.
12. Calls to premium rate numbers in the eligible destinations, and calls made while roaming overseas are excluded.

Unlimited Text

13. On the purchase date of your JUCY Visitor Combo Pack you will be allocated all Text messages at 0 cent per text to any standard mobile in New Zealand and Australia (“Unlimited Text”).
14. Unlimited Text cannot be used for MMS, or texts to premium rate numbers.
15. Our Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited Text. For the avoidance of doubt Unlimited Text is only available for standard person to person use consistent with our estimate of reasonable use of this service (referencing standard and/or estimated customer profiles).  We may take action if we consider your use to be in breach of the Fair Use Policy.  Please ensure that you have read and understood our Fair Use Policy, which forms part of the Prepay Terms and Conditions and is published by us at www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/termsofuse/fair-use-policy/

General

16. All voice calls are rounded up to the next whole minute.
17. Calls to voicemail are not included in your JUCY Visitor Combo Pack. Calls to voicemail cost 20 cents per call.
18. JUCY Visitor Combo Pack minutes, texts and data expire at the end of the Validity Period specified at clause 4 above. Any minutes, text or data not used within the Validity Period will be lost.
19. If you consume all of your minutes, texts or data included in your JUCY Visitor Combo Pack before the end of the Validity Period, you will be charged our prevailing standard per minute/text/MB rate for any subsequent calls, texts and data usage. 20. If you consume all of your minutes or data included in your JUCY Visitor Combo Pack minutes while you are on a call or in a data session, you will be charged our prevailing standard per minute/per MB rate for the remainder of the call/data session.  Please see our Prepay Plus Standard Rates Terms and Conditionsfor more information.
21. If you use all your voice, text and data entitlements under the JUCY Visitor Combo Pack prior to the end of the Validity Period, you may purchase other 2degrees Value Packs (including other JUCY Visitor Combo Packs).
