2degrees Broadband Home Phone Standard Rates Terms and Conditions
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Home Phone Services terms and conditions.
- All specific rates detailed in these terms include GST, and are subject to change.
- Our Home Phone Services Fair Use Policy applies to Unlimited* NZ and Australia Landline Calling, which is included in Home Phone Plus, and can be added to Home Phone Basic for an additional fee.
Calling Caps
- Some destinations have a 2-hour calling cap. This means that for any call you make from your home line that lasts up to two hours, the most you will pay is the amount of the calling cap. We will charge you the specified rate per minute until your charge for the call reaches the amount of the calling cap.
- After two hours, the standard per minute calling rate will apply with no further discounts. The calling cap applies to an individual call.
- You must monitor your call duration, as you will not receive any notifications about the duration of your call, nor will your call automatically terminate once the 2 hour cap is reached.
