Following our recent internal systems upgrade we have experienced a technical issue which has resulted in a few customers being charged more than once for Prepay Top Ups and bill payments.
This is our mistake, we apologise and are putting it right/crediting to ensure there are no overpayments.
Please note if you have been charged more than once a corresponding correction will be applied to your 2degrees account and your bank account will be credited in the coming days.
