Did you text us to request something?

The text code you used may be incorrect.

 

 

Double check the text code and try again. Make sure you include the correct spaces where required.

 

 

The number you’re trying to use or share with may be blank. You must have an active number to set up any new products or services.

 

 

Double check that you have the correct number and SIM card and retry      when you have an active number

 

Are you eligible for the product or service you’re requesting? You may be on a plan that isn’t eligible for what you’re after.

 

 

Double check the plan you’re on is eligible for what you’re requesting.

 

 

Have you recently requested something else from us? If so, you won’t be able to request anything new until we’ve completed your first request.

 

 

We’ll let you know when your first request is done, then you can try again with your new request.

 

Have you used the right number in your request? We get it, sometimes fast fingers get the better of us and you may have used the wrong number.

 

 

No biggie, check the number and try again.

 

Are you trying to share data, calls or texts with someone? The number you’re trying to share with may already be sharing with someone else. You can only share with one person at a time.

 

 

Check if they’re sharing with anyone else. If they are, and you still want to share with them, you’ll need to ask them to stop sharing first, before you’re able to share with them.

 

The number you’re trying to share calls and texts may already be on an Unlimited calls and texts plan, which isn’t eligible to receive shared calls and texts

 

 

If this is the case, you don’t need to do anything! This person already has all the calls and texts they could ever need. Why not share the love with someone else?

Lastly, sometimes there’s a glitch in the matrix on our end which makes things not work as they should.
