Your bill explained
You’ll get your first 2degrees bill within two weeks of signing up and it will look a little different from future bills as it will only cover the time you’ve been signed up for. You'll only be charged for the plan minutes, data and texts you’ve used during that time. As soon as you receive your first bill, the next billing period will start – from that point you will get your full quota of minutes, data and texts, which you’ll be charged for in your second bill.
Here’s a quick explanation about how to read your bill.
Your bill is due seven working days after it’s emailed to you. Your due date is shown on your bill, on your personal dashboard in Your 2degrees, or you can get this information by dialling *100*3#.
If your bill is less than $5, then you don’t need to make a payment. We’ll just pop it on the following month’s bill for you.
You’ll notice that your Pool Plan has been split out into a few items instead of one overall Pool Plan price.
That’s because we’ve tried to simplify your bill so you can see exactly how your Pool Plan cost comes together. The Leader of your Pool will be on either a $55 Pay Monthly Plan or a $70 Pay Monthly Plan, and each Member of the Pool will be on a $25 Pool Plan. These separate items will be listed on your bill.
How you divvy the costs between your crew is up to you! We will send the bill to the Leader of the Pool who will be responsible for paying each month.
The cost for us to chase overdue bills can be huge. So to help recover these costs, a late payment fee of $9.95 (incl. GST) will be added to your next bill. The easiest way to avoid these fees is to set up a Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card Authority, which means your bill will be paid automatically every month. Set one up now Your 2degrees.
