Understanding your first Pay Monthly bill

For your data allocation, you’ll receive the total data allocated to your endless data plan irrespective of what date of the month you sign up. So, if you’re supposed to get 10GB max speed data every month and you joined just 3 days before your billing date, you'll still get the full 10GB for those 3 days. On your billing date, your max speed data will be set to 10GB. However, none of your max speed data left over from the previous 3 days of use will be carried over.

We’ve tried to make our bill super simple, but if you need some help, here’s a pdf explaining how to read your Pay Monthly bill. For tax purposes, it’s called a tax invoice – but we’ll refer to it as the bill.

When do I need to pay my Pay Monthly bill?

Your bill is due seven working days after it’s emailed to you. Your payment due date is shown on your bill as well as on your dashboard in Your 2degrees and within the 2degrees app.

If your bill is less than $5, you don’t need to make a payment. We’ll just pop it on the following month’s bill for you.

How does billing work on a Group plan?

The account holder is responsible for all the Group plans they add to their account. All Group plans will be added to the monthly bill of the account holder.

How do I pay my bill?

Here are all the different ways you can pay your bill. The easiest way to make sure that your bill is paid each month is to set up a direct debit.

Why have I been charged a late payment fee?

The cost for us to chase overdue bills can be huge. To help recover these costs, if you’ve missed paying your bill, a late payment fee of $9.95 (incl. GST) will be added to your next bill. The easiest way to avoid these fees is to set up a Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card Authority, which means your bill will be paid automatically every month. Set one up now Your 2degrees.
