Following our recent internal systems upgrade we have experienced a technical issue which has resulted in a few customers being charged more than once for Prepay Top Ups.
This is our mistake, we apologise and have put it right and refunded you to ensure there are no overpayments.
Please note that crediting back the Top Up duplication amount will impact your balance by the same amount. If you have started using the duplicated Top Up amount we will still refund you in full and won’t charge you for the usage.
