How do I sign up?

You can sign up to our broadband plans online or call us on 0800 022 022.

You can get a wireless modem from us to get started. Pay $15 (plus $15 delivery fee) when you sign up to a fixed term, or join on an open term and pay $165 (plus $15 delivery fee) plus a $99 standard connection fee upfront.

Do I need a new 2degrees modem?

We suggest you take a 2degrees modem for the best service and support. Pay $15 (plus $15 delivery fee) when you sign up to a fixed term, or join on an open term and pay $165 (plus $15 delivery fee) plus a $99 standard connection fee upfront.

Our modems are set up ready to go, so you just need to plug it in following the instructions provided when the modem is couriered out to you or check out our How 2 video.


We can only provide limited technical support if you bring your own modem. You’ll need to set up your own modem, with the network details we provide. Modems used for VDSL or Fibre broadband need to be able to support VLAN tagging and PPPoE authentication. 

Can I bring my existing landline number?

Yes, to keep your existing landline number let us know who your current provider is, your phone number and we’ll have it transferred to us. Once you’re connected with us you’ll just need to phone your old provider and cancel your account with them.
