200 x $50 Gift Card Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion commences at 9am on 1 November 2010 and finishes at 11.59pm on 31 December 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. A customer will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they purchase a Good2go Pack (including a 2degrees SIM card) from any Whitcoulls store in New Zealand and during the Promotion Period top-up within 24 hours of the 2degrees SIM card being activated.
3. There are 200 individual $50 Gift Cards to be won.
4. 2degrees will randomly draw the names of the winners from the entries and check that they have met the entry criteria. Employees of 2degrees and Red Group and their relatives cannot participate in this promotion.
5. Winners will be notified on 15 January 2011 by text to the mobile number associated with the 2degrees SIM card which qualified them for the entry into the prize draw. Winners must be able to visit a Whitcoulls store in New Zealand to collect their prize within 14 days of being notified. If a winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit their prize and 2degrees will re-draw that prize from the remaining valid entries.
6. No prize is transferable or exchangeable and prizes cannot be taken as cash.
7. 2degrees’ decisions on all matters regarding this promotion are final. 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this promotion at any time.
8. 2degrees takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries and prizes. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and each entrant releases 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the participation of the entrant in this promotion or the conduct of this promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
