Getting Started. 1. Get your SIM card and the right mobileYou’ll need a 2degrees SIM and a GSM mobile phone. If you're not sure whether your mobile will work on our network you can check here. If you want to buy a 2degrees handset you can use our store locator to find your nearest shop or buy one from us online. 2. Pop in the SIM cardCarefully pop the SIM out of the plastic card and pop it in your mobile. They normally hide under the battery. SIM cards can be a bit fiddly, but you should be able to work it out. Check your mobile's manual if you get stuck. 3. Activate your account by calling 200Call 200 to activate your account (it's a free call). Do what the guy tells you and you'll be all set to make calls in no time. He should ask you to set a personal PIN and set up voicemail. 4. Check your balanceTo get your balance at any time dial *100#1# and your balance will appear on your screen. 5. Top upOnce you've used up your free credit, you'll need to top up. That's easy, you can top up at all the usual places you'd expect and don't forget you get a bit of magic every time you top up. If your mobile doesn't quite do what you're expecting it to do, it might be that the settings aren't quite right. Don't worry it's easy to fix, you should find everything you need on the settings page. And of course our team are available anytime day or night to help you out.
