A bit about us.

Two Degrees Mobile Limited (as we are officially known) is New Zealand’s newest mobile company. But we've been around a little while, and we’ve been busy. Over the last few years we’ve spent over $250 million constructing a brand new mobile network in New Zealand.

Our CEO is Eric Hertz, an American guy with 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry, including time in the top jobs at Seattle-based Zumobi one of the leading US mobile application developers for next generation mobile devices such as the iPhone and Blackberry. Eric’s also held key positions at Western Wireless, AT&T Wireless, McCaw Cellular and Bell South Ecuador.

Eric’s supported by a keen senior management team and they also come to 2degrees with a wealth of experience in building and delivering excellent mobile telecommunication networks and services both here and internationally.

2degrees receives financial backing from its shareholders Trilogy International Partners, Communication Venture Partners and the Hautaki Trust.
