It's easy to get up to date information about your account.

Here’s a handy tip - To find out your 2degrees number just dial *101#

Prepay:

Using the *100# Menu

To access the *100# menu, simply dial *100# on your mobiles keypad and press the 'Call' button (usually the green button).

A menu will appear with four options:

  1. Your Balance
  2. Voucher Top-up
  3. More Balances
  4. Your Offers

Just press your 'reply' or 'answer' button, choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 and press your 'reply' or 'answer' button again.

Get your common balances - *100*1#

To get your most common balances including how much credit you have, simply dial *100*1# and press the 'Call' button (usually the green button on your mobile).  After a few seconds, your balance will appear on your mobile screen.  Then press any button to clear the screen.

To view additional balances not displayed above you can dial *100*3#

Top-up with a voucher - *100*2#

To top-up with a voucher, simply dial *100*2# and press the 'Call' button (usually the green button on your mobile).  After a few seconds, you will be asked to enter your voucher number.  On most mobiles you'll need to press your 'reply' or 'answer' button, then type in your 12 digit voucher number and press the 'reply' or 'answer' button again.

Additional Balances - *100*3#

To get any other balances,including special top up rates, country calling minutes, and international data, simply dial *100*3# and press the ‘Call’ button (usually the green button). After a few seconds, your other balances will appear on your mobile screen. Then press any button to clear the screen.

Your Offers - *100*4#

This will display offers and promotions from 2degrees. To find out which of our offers is best for you, simply dial *100*4# and press the ‘Call’ button (usually the green button). After a few seconds, the offer message will appear on your mobile screen. Then press any button to clear the screen.

Pay Monthly:

Using the *100# Menu

To access the *100# menu, simply dial *100# on your mobiles keypad and press the 'Call' button (usually the green button).

A menu will appear with the following options:

1. Balance Summary – Service Account.

3. Balance Summary – Invoice Account.

4. Balance Details.

5. Spend Control Limit.

Just press your 'reply' or 'answer' button, choose the menu number (1, 3, 4 or 5) and press your 'reply' or 'answer' button again.

Get your balance - *100*1#

To get your account balance (spend since last bill, remaining balances, etc), simply dial *100*1# and press the 'Call' button. After a few seconds, your balances will appear on your mobile screen. Then press any button to clear the screen.

Find out your invoice due amount - *100*3#

To find how much is due on your invoice, simply dial *100*3# and press the 'Call' button. After a few seconds, your invoice due amount and next bill date will appear on your mobile screen. Then press any button to clear the screen.

Find out your remaining balances - *100*4#

To find out your remaining voice, text and data balances simply dial *100*4# and press the 'Call' button. After a few seconds, a menu will appear on your mobile screen with the following options:

  1. All voice minutes balances
  2. All messaging balances
  3. All data balances
  4. Special Rates

Just press your 'reply' or 'answer' button, choose the menu number (1, 2, 3 or 4) and press your 'reply' or 'answer' button again. You can also request these balances directly by dialing any of the following:

  • *100*4*1# for all voice balances
  • *100*4*2# for all text balances
  • *100*4*3# for all data balances
  • *100*4*4# for all

Changing your Spend Control Limit - *100*5#

If you’ve already set up a Spend Control on your Pay Monthly account, you can change your spend limit or override your limit for that month. Simply dial *100*5# and press the 'Call' button. After a few seconds, the following Spend Control menu will appear on your mobile screen:

  1. Change Spend Control Limit
  2. Override spend Limit

Just press your 'reply' or 'answer' button, choose 1 or 2 and press your 'reply' or 'answer' button again and follow the prompts. Then press any button to clear the screen.
