Mobile devices you buy online.

If you have bought a mobile, other device or SIM from our online shop and discover that it doesn’t work then call us on 0800 022 022 within 7 days and we’ll arrange for a courier to pick it up. But make sure you talk your problem through with us before you send it, because if the mobile turns out to be fine, we may need to charge you for the inspection and courier.

If your device stops working due to a manufacturing defect, and is inside its warranty period, give us a call on 0800 022 022. Read more about returning your phone in our Terms and Conditions.

Online shop 'Change Your Mind Guarantee'.

To give you extra peace of mind when you buy online we’ve created the ‘Change Your Mind Guarantee’ that lets you return any mobile or other device that you've bought from our online shop within 7 days for a full refund (minus an administration fee). For enquiries about the 'Change Your Mind Guarantee' contact Customer Care on 0800 022 022.

Mobile devices you buy in-store.

If you've bought a 2degrees' mobile, or other device in a store and you find that it’s faulty, you should return it to wherever you bought it from with proof of purchase.

Your statutory rights are not effected by our returns policy.
