Mobiles you buy online.

If you have bought a mobile or SIM from our online shop and discover that it doesn’t work then call us on 0800 022 022 within 7 days and we’ll arrange for a courier to pick it up. But make sure you talk your problem through with us before you send it, because if the mobile turns out to be fine, we may need to charge you for the inspection and courier.

If your mobile stops working due to a manufacturing defect, and is inside its warranty period, give us a call on 0800 022 022. Read more about returning your phone in our Terms and Conditions.

Online shop 'Change Your Mind Guarantee'.

To give you extra peace of mind when you buy online we’ve created the ‘Change Your Mind Guarantee’ that lets you return any mobile that you've bought from our online shop within 7 days for a full refund (minus an administration fee). Mobiles you buy in-store.

If you've bought a 2degrees' mobile in a store and you find that it’s faulty, you should return it to wherever you bought it from with proof of purchase.
