Top Up Vouchers

You can buy $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, $80, $90, $100 or $150 top up vouchers anywhere you see our big blue logo. Then there are three ways you can use your voucher:

• Dial *100# and follow the instructions on your mobile
• Text the voucher number to 201
• Call 201 from your 2degrees mobile and choose the ‘top up’ option

Topping Up over the Phone

If you are within New Zealand, there are no charges for calling or texting 201. If you are roaming overseas, then standard roaming charges will apply.

Topping up with a Credit or Visa Debit Card

If you register your credit or Visa Debit Card in Your 2degrees then it can only be used with the PIN number you have set up. However, if your phone is lost or stolen, it’s a smart idea to unregister your Credit Card and start again. You can do this at any time 24/7 in Your 2degrees

Credit expiry

Your credit is valid for 365 days from the date you buy it.

Keeping your account topped up

If you don’t top up within 365 days your account will be deactivated and you will lose any unused credit.

Top Up And Get

When you top up with a Credit Card or Visa Debit Card the free texts you receive will be rounded down to the nearest whole $10. So, if you top up $35 you'll get a $30 Top Up reward.

Your Top Up rewards last for 30 days from the day that you top up. We'll send you a text when your 30 days is nearly up so you'll always know exactly where you stand. If you top up mid way through your 30 days, your first lot of free texts run out 30 days after your first top up. But we'll only send you a reminder when your last lot of rewards is about to run out.
