Change your Pay Monthly Plan

To get even better value you can change your Plan. If you change to a higher value Plan you’ll get even more minutes, texts and data. Changes will take effect on your next bill date.

You can request to change your plan at anytime, however if you’re within the first six months of a 12 or 24 Month Plan and want to change to a lower value plan you’ll need to pay a Change Plan Charge.
