How do Carryover MinutesTM work?You can Carryover any unused Pay Monthly Plan minutes each month to the following months for up to a year. Carryover Minutes from a previous month are used before your new monthly allocation of minutes to your Pay Monthly Plan. You can see your remaining balances at anytime, just login to Your 2degrees. Do I have to sign a long term contract?Pay Monthly is a month to month deal. If you decide that Pay Monthly isn’t for you, let us know any time. Your Pay Monthly service will end on your next bill date which will be no more than one month after you tell us you’re leaving. If I use up all of my included minutes or texts, and any Carryover Minutes™, what will I be charged?As soon as all your included minutes and texts are used up you’ll return to our standard rates. If you want to continue getting best value, you can buy a Value Pack to get you through the rest of the month or boost your balances each month. You can see your remaining balances at anytime, just login to Your 2degrees. What stores can I buy a Pay Monthly SIM at?What if I want to use data?If you want to use Data or Mobile Broadband, you can add National Data or Mobile Broadband Value Packs to your Plan each month. You can buy as many as you need each month. Alternatively our casual data rate is 50c a MB in NZ. What will it cost me to call or text people overseas?There are a few different rates, depending on the country you are calling or texting. Will I have a credit limit and how will I know when I reach it?Your credit limit will be sent to you in an email once you have successfully joined Pay Monthly. If you reach the credit limit, we may stop you making outgoing calls and/or texts. We’ll send you an email and a text when you approach your credit limit so you know the status of your account and won’t get hit with any nasty surprises. How do I view my account details and usage?You can see your usage and remaining balances at any time by logging in to Your 2degrees or dial ‘*100*4#’ from your 2degrees mobile and following the on-screen prompts. How will I know when my included minutes & texts are topped up again?Your included minutes and texts get topped up on the same day each month for you – and we Carryover any unused minutes. This is the day that we email you your bill. To see this date just login to Your 2degrees. Do I have to do anything to set up International Roaming on my phone?With 2degrees Pay Monthly you don’t need to ask anyone before you travel. Simply hop on a plane with your phone and go to anyone of the following countries. |
