Change plan charges

You can change your Plan at any time, and if you’re changing to a larger Plan, there’s no charge. If you're in the first 6 months of a 12 or 24 month Plan and want to change to a lower value plan there will be a charge to change Plans. See below for details.

Early termination charges.

If you’re signed up to a Pay Monthly $29, $39 or $59 Plan on either a 12 or 24 month term and want to cancel your Plan, you’ll need to cover the Pay Monthly Plan charge for any remaining months of your term, up to a maximum of $300.

If you’re signed up to a Pay Monthly $89, $129 or $149 Plan on either a 12 or 24 month term and want to cancel your Plan, you’ll need to cover the Pay Monthly Plan charge for any remaining months of your term, up to a maximum of $500.
