You can request to change your plan at anytime, however if you’re within the first six months of a 12 or 24 Month Plan and want to change to a lower value plan you’ll need to pay a Change Plan Charge.

If you change to a higher value plan you'll get even more minutes, texts and data. Changes will take effect on your next bill date.

You can change your plan by logging into Your 2degrees and selecting the 'change plan' option in the left hand menu, or by calling our Customer Care team on 0800 022 022.
