Joining Pay Monthly

Whether you’re currently a 2degrees Prepay customer or completely new to 2degrees, it’s easy to join Pay Monthly. You can sign up in just a few minutes online, or visit one of our 2degrees retailers who will help you through the process. You’ll need to complete a credit check, so make sure you have your ID and contact details handy.

It’s easy to join 2degrees Pay Monthly online.

If you are already a 2degrees Prepay Customer or have activated a 2degrees SIM, just go to our Online Shop where you can join a month to month Plan or sign-up to one of our free Pay Monthly mobile phone deals. Just pick the handset you want, the plan you need and fill in the Pay Monthly application form. Be sure to look at the checklist below before you get started.

If you don’t have a SIM card you can get one free when you sign-up to a Pay Monthly plan in our Online Shop.

Pay Monthly checklist

To complete the online set up and application you will need:

  • A 2degrees SIM and have registered for Your 2degrees
  • A New Zealand drivers licence without endorsements. If you don’t have a New Zealand drivers licence without endorsements that’s not a problem, simply apply in person at selected retailers with another form of identification. See our FAQ section.
  • To be 18 years old
  • An email account you can access during the set up (and each month to receive your bill)
  • A home address (not a PO Box)
  • To be able to pay your bill each month by Direct Debit, Internet banking or Credit Card or Visa Debit Card
