Sim Card Help

Here is everything you need to know about SIM cards, whether you have lost yours, you need a new blank one or yours seems to be faulty.

Lost your phone or SIM?

If you’ve lost your SIM you can still keep your original number and credit that you had on it. You just need to get yourself a blank SIM (not a standard 2degrees SIM), and we’ll move your old account onto it. Call us first on 0800 022022 so we can make sure your account is suspended (if you haven’t already done this you can do it here - Your 2degrees) to prevent anyone using your credit.

We can send you a blank SIM or you can pick one up from 2degrees stores, Dick Smith Electronics, Warehouse Stationary and Harvey Normans, find the store closest to you. Once you have this SIM, call us back to arrange moving your number and any remaining credit over.

Need a blank MicroSIM?

If you have a normal 2degrees SIM and want to swap it for a MicroSIM to fit into your iPhone or iPad you can do this by getting yourself a blank MicroSIM and we’ll move your old account onto it. You can pick one up from 2degrees stores, Warehouse Stationery, Dick Smith or Harvey Norman, find the store closest to you. Once you have your blank MicroSIM call us on 200 or 0800 022 022 to have your number and credit moved over.

Faulty SIM card?

If your current SIM is faulty we’ll replace it with a blank SIM free. Call us first on 0800 022022 or 200 from your 2degrees phone and we can send you one or you can pick one up from 2degrees stores, Warehouse Stationery, Dick Smith or Harvey Norman, find the store closest to you.
