NZ's lowest prepay prices.

2degrees launches. NZ prices go lower than the OECD* average.  Coincidence?

On November 12, 2009 the New Zealand Commerce commission said that 2degrees pre-pay prices are significantly cheaper than pre-pay prices from other providers in New Zealand.  For the first time, Kiwis can get a pre-pay plan at prices lower than the OECD* average. Read it for yourself.
