Grab a Crew Of 22

The 'Grab a Crew of 22' promotion commences on 15 August 2009 at 9.00am and finishes at 11.59pm on 16 August 2009. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry to the 'Grab a Crew of 22' promotion is achieved by 22 eligible entrants sending an SMS containing the same unique code to 022 CHINWAG. The first entrant of each successful crew of 22 to send the unique code will receive a SIM card with $20 credit.

The 21 other entrants will receive a SIM card with $5 credit.

Only the first 22 crews of 22 eligible entrants will receive the 2degrees SIM cards.

Entrants may enter multiple times for separate crews but they will only receive a prize for the first successful crew they are part of.

Entrants must be NZ residents and have a NZ mobile phone number to enter. They must not already be a 2degrees customer and must not have registered on the 2degrees website for a free SIM to be sent to them at any other time.

Entrants will be notified by text on 17 August 2009 whether or not their crew was successful. Successful entrants will be required within five days to respond via text to 022 0SENDIT with their address details. If the individual entrant does not respond within this period, that entrant will forfeit their prize.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Standard text fees from the entrant's carrier will apply.

2degrees decisions on all matters regarding the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this promotion at any time.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotion database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. 2degrees assumes no responsibility for, and the entrants release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property as a result of the participation of the entrant in this promotion or the conduct of this promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
