Who is in my Free Calling Group?All Team Members will be entitled to zero rated calling to their other Team Members on the same bill (their “Free Calling Group”), when using their 2degrees mobile. Zero rated calling in the Free Calling Group will only apply where both parties (i.e. the person making the call and the person receiving the call) are on the same account and are both in New Zealand. How many accounts do I need to be eligible for a Free Calling Group?There are no minimum connections required for a Free Calling Group. It applies automatically to every Team Member on the same bill. How do Carryover Minutes™ work?Each month you can Carryover any unused minutes to the following month, for up to a year! Carryover Minutes™ are used before the standard minutes included in your Business plan. You can see your remaining balances at anytime, just login to Your 2degrees. Can I set up a frequently called number?Yes. You can add up to 5 frequently called numbers for just $10 each per month. So everyone in your team can call a NZ landline or 2degrees mobile number at no extra cost. Do I have to sign a long term contract?No, with 2degrees Business you have the flexibility to have connections on a month by month basis or 12 or 24 month terms. Remember, sign up bonuses are available on 12 and 24 month terms. How do I join 2degrees Business?Joining 2degrees Business is easy. We have Business Sales Consultants in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. Simply visit one of our 2degrees stores or fill in our contact form and one of our Business Sales Consultants will be in touch soon. If I use up all of my included minutes or texts, and any Carryover Minutes™, what will I be charged?As soon as all your included minutes and texts are used up you’ll return to our standard rates. If you want to continue getting the best value, you can buy a Value Pack to get you through the rest of the month. You can see your remaining balances at anytime, just login to Your 2degrees. What if I want to use data?If you want to use Data or Mobile Broadband, you can add National Data or Mobile Broadband Value Packs to your Plan each month. You can buy as many as you need each month. Alternatively our casual data rate is 50c a MB in NZ. Will the Business have a credit limit and how I know when I reach it?Yes, your business account will have a credit limit. This credit limit applies across all Team Members. We’ll let the account holder know when you join 2degrees what the credit limit is and we’ll send the account holder an email and a text when the Team is approaching the credit limit. How do I view my account details and usage?You can see your usage and remaining balances at any time by logging in to Your 2degrees or dial ‘*100*4#’ from your 2degrees mobile and following the on-screen prompts. How will I know when my included minutes & texts are topped up again?Your included minutes and texts get topped up on the same day each month – and we Carryover any unused minutes. This is the day that we email the business’ bill to the account holder. To see this date just login to Your 2degrees. Do I have to do anything to set up International Roaming on my phone?With 2degrees Business you don’t need to ask anyone before you travel. Simply hop on a plane with your phone and go to anyone of the following countries. |
