Your first bill

You’ll get your first 2degrees bill for your Business within one month of joining 2degrees. It will look a little different from future bills, as it will be for a part month. You'll only be charged for a portion of your Team's included Plan minutes and texts (for the part month). As soon as you receive the first bill, the next billing period will start – from that point the Team will get their full allocation of minutes, texts and data, which the business will be charged for in the second bill.

Here’s a quick explanation about how to read your bill.

When do I need to pay my bill?

Your bill is due on the 20th of each month (or the next business day if the 20th falls on the weekend or is a public holiday).  The due date is shown on the Account Holders homepage in Your 2degrees, or you can get this information by dialling *100*3#.

If your bill is less than $5, then you don’t need to make a payment.  We’ll just add it to the following month’s bill for you.

How do I pay my bill?

Here’s all the different ways you can pay your bill.  The easiest way to make sure that your bill is paid each month is to set up a Direct Debit.
