It's easy to set up a Direct Debit Authority, you can do this in Your 2degrees. Just complete the online form and we'll do the rest.

Pay automatically each month by Credit or Debit Card

A simple way to make sure that your bill is always paid on time is to set up a monthly payment that automatically charges your Credit* or Debit Card. These are called a Credit or Debit Card Authority – and mean that you give us the authority to charge your card each month on an agreed day. You can set up a Credit or Debit Card Authority in Your 2degrees.

Make a payment at any NZ Post Shop

You can now pay your 2degrees bill at any NZ Post Shop. Simply have your account number on hand and pop into your local NZ Post Shop to make a payment. If you’re not sure what your account number is, call 8355 from your 2degrees phone and we’ll confirm your account number and account balance over the phone to you.

Pay manually by Credit or Debit Card

You can pay your bill with a Credit* or Debit Card in Your 2degrees, or by dialling 201 with your card handy.

Set up an automatic payment via Internet banking

Pop onto your banks Internet banking page and schedule an automatic payment. Here’s the instructions on how to do this for each bank. Please use your account number (which can be found on the top section of your bill), where you’re asked to enter the particulars or reference number. When searching for our company name, please search for Two Degrees.
